Who we are

Livsboxen is a private tool run by its owner for personal use by at most five invited accounts. Contact: info@bohed.se.

What data we access

With your consent through Google sign-in, Livsboxen accesses: your Gmail messages and labels (to read, label and archive messages), your Google Calendar (to read events and create events you approve), and your basic profile (name and email address).

How we use it

The data is used only to sort and summarise your email, suggest replies and calendar events, and show them back to you. Livsboxen does not send email on your behalf and does not permanently delete email. Message content may be processed by an AI model (Anthropic Claude) to produce these suggestions; it is not used to train models.

Storage and sharing

Data is stored on a server controlled by the owner in the EU (Germany). It is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with third parties beyond the processing described above.

Google API data

Livsboxen's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. On request to info@bohed.se, all data stored about your account is deleted within 30 days.
